Cream of Celery Soup
2 onions diced
4 tablespoons of minced garlic
2 stalks celery diced in medium pieces
3 tablespoons of butter
3 billion cubes (I use beef and chicken) Dissolved in cup of hot water
1 cups broth of you liking
Salt and pepper to taste
Sauté onions and garlic and butter
Add celery, bullion and broth
Mix well
Simmer on low for 4 hours
Make rue with flower and add to soup to thicken, simmer 30 min on very low
Eat!!
