Swedish Meatballs

Swedish meatballs


1) Make or buy your favorite me boss


To make gravy


2 sticks butter

1 Onion diced and sautéed in butter

2 cups vegetable broth (or stock) you can also use bouillon and make your broth

1 cup thickened (or heavy) cream - Optional

6 teaspoons regular soy sauce

6 teaspoon dijon mustard

Salt and pepper, to season


Cook and then add flour to thinker, add your cooked  meatballs. Let stand in gravy for several hours or overnight


Bake on low heat till warm


Serve with mashed potatoes, and a vegetable
